Yogeshwar Palackdharry, 28, of Albion, emerged top student in the Refrigeration programme of the National Training Programme for Youth Empowerment (NTPYE) at the GuySuCo Training Centre in Port Mourant, Region Six. He was among 83 graduates from the six-month evening course. Palackdharry told Ignite News that he enrolled to build a side business and lay the groundwork for eventual self-employment.
