Guyanese sports medicine and rehabilitation clinic InSync Therapeutics has secured official performance and recovery partnerships with franchise sides Desert Vipers and Lahore Qalandars ahead of the Global Super League (GSL) 2026 . With the tournament schedule requiring teams to navigate multiple high-intensity T20 fixtures in tight windows, the local facility will manage player workload, injury mitigation, and physical restoration throughout the competition . As part of the agreement with ILT20 outfit Desert Vipers, InSync Therapeutics will serve as the franchise’s official recovery partner, delivering specialised sports massage and hands-on recovery protocols to manage fatigue between matches . The deal was formalised by InSync Director Angelica Holder and Desert Vipers Chief Executive Officer Phil Oliver, with both organisations emphasising shared values around environmental sustainability alongside the promotion of Guyanese sports medicine professionals on an international stage . Insync has also taken on official physiotherapy and rehabilitation duties for Pakistan Super League franchise Lahore Qalandars, as well as providing overall medical and rehab support across the GSL . The partnership announcement featured Lahore Qalandars owner Sameen Rana and team manager Farooq Anwar alongside Insync directors Angelica Holder and Neil Barry Jr . Elite T20 cricket places extreme physical demands on players through repeated bowling workloads, high-impact fielding, sprinting, and rapid turnaround times . To maintain peak physical readiness, Insync’s multidisciplinary team will utilise movement assessments, evidence-based physiotherapy, taping, and structured rehabilitation strategies designed to minimise injury risks and accelerate return-to-play timelines throughout the tournament.
