Guyana Won Gold: Raekwon Noel delivered a sensational performance to capture Guyana's first swimming gold medal at the XXV Central American and Caribbean Games in Santo Domingo, storming to victory in the Men's 200m Individual Medley in a breathtaking 1:59.35. In the process, Noel shattered both the Guyana national record and the Central American and Caribbean Games record, becoming the first Guyanese swimmer to break the two-minute barrier in the event and etching his name into the history books.
