HGP NIGHTLY NEWS- BREAKING NEWS- The Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) has ruled that the extradition proceedings against Opposition Leader Azruddin Mohamed and his father, Nazar Mohamed, were not tainted by bias, clearing the way for the matter to continue before the local courts. “The substantive appeal is dismissed…The interim stay of the extradition proceedings imposed by this court on 25th March, 2026, is hereby lifted,” the court ruled. The father and son are being sought by United States authorities over allegations of wire fraud, mail fraud, money laundering and tax evasion. More details as they become available.
