Three Cuban nationals were charged and remanded to jail today for the murder another Cuban national. According to a Police statement, the dead man has been identified as Yudivian Cardenas Amador Almagro. He was reportedly killed on the 22nd July in the Diamond area. The police did not release details surrounding the murder, but stated that 26-year-old Alejandro Rios, 29-year-old Juan Ferrer and 24-year-old Mairely Medinas Alvarez were jointly charged with the man's murder. The three appeared in Court this morning and were not required to enter a plea to the indictable charge. The Police said the three Cubans are expected back in Court on the 21st September. They will remain on remand.
