The Caribbean Court of Justice has lifted the interim stay on the extradition matter involving Azruddin Mohamed and Nazar Mohamed, paving the way for proceedings to resume in the magistrate’s court. The apex Caribbean court also found no political bias in the issuance of the extradition documents on the part of Home Affairs Minister Oneidge Walrond, as she was executing a function of her office. The court also ordered that each party bear its own costs.
