The community of Kaneville, East Bank Demerara is set to undergo renovations as part of the Government’s ‘Model Villages’ initiative. New and improved roadways, drainage systems, fire hydrants, recreational facilities, and more undertakings are expected to be carried out to upgrade the village’s livelihood. President Dr Irfaan Ali, Minister within the Ministry of Housing, Vanessa Benn, and other officials conducted an outreach to the community on Tuesday afternoon to share the proposals with residents and obtain direct feedback and suggestions.
