Three cousins who perished in the MV Barima tragedy were honoured with touching tributes on Saturday, during a funeral service at Parika, East Bank Essequibo. The children: Vivianna Sadruddin, 12, Robina Hernandez, 7, and Akeelah Rodrigues, 8, were travelling with their grandmother, Helena Moonsammy, when the vessel sank. Their two-year-old cousin, Vince Wong, remains missing as the search continues. Throughout the service, family members and close friends paid glowing tributes to the cousins. They recalled their warm smiles, generous spirits and unwavering willingness to help others. The memories of these children will grow stronger and live on in the hearts of those who knew them.
